<p>The construction work of the new building superstructures of the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) Redevelopment Project has commenced. A foundation stone laying ceremony for the third and largest construction phase is held today at the HKSI. The officiating guests include The Hon Donald Tsang (4<sup>th</sup> from right), Chief Executive of HKSAR; Dr Eric Li (4<sup>th</sup> from left), Chairman of the HKSI; Florence Hui (3<sup>rd</sup> from left), Acting Secretary for Home Affairs; Pang Chung (3<sup>rd</sup> from right), Hon Secretary General of the Sports Federation &amp; Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China; Prof Frank Fu (2<sup>nd</sup> from left), Chairman of Elite Sports Committee; Wai Kwok-hung (2<sup>nd</sup> from right), Chairman of Sha Tin District Council; Marigold Lau (1<sup>st</sup> from left), Director of Architectural Services; and Bobby Cheng (1<sup>st</sup> from right), Acting Director of Leisure and Cultural Services.</p>
