The Coach of the Year Awards were presented to fencing coach Gregory Koenig, Para swimming (intellectual disability) coach Leung Shuk-ying, Para lawn bowls (physical disability) coach Ng Yu-hin, tenpin bowling coach William Edward Hoffman, billiard sports coach Nip Hoi-yan and sailing coach Rory James Godman.
