Atty. Jose Miguel T. Arroyo (front row, six from left), First Gentleman of the Philippines pays a visit to the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) today (11 April) aiming to understand the Hong Kong elite sports support system for reference of achieving outstanding international sporting success for the country. Mr Arroyo was accompanied by the member of the Parliament as well as officials from the Philippine Sports Commission and the Consulate General of the Philippines. The 9-member delegation, received by the HKSI Vice-Chairman Mr Tommy Tam (front row, fifth from left) and the management, tours the sports facilities and exchanges views with the HKSI management on the support and services provided to the elite athletes in Hong Kong.
