Hongkong Bank Foundation Continuing Coach Education Programme
A seminar on ¡§Adversity of Injured Athletes and Stress Management¡¨ was organised by the Hong Kong Coaching Committee on 17 November 2011 at the Heung Yee Kuk Building. Chi Lizhong, Assistant Professor of Beijing Sport University, explained the influence of sport injuries and sport psychology to around 200 accredited coaches.

HKSI receives guests from sports sector
To promote mutual exchange in the field of sports, the HKSI received a number of local and overseas visitors in November and December, including Mark Talbott, Head Squash Coach of the Stanford University in the United States; Gordon McKie, Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA); as well as representatives from the Scottish Government and Rugby Union. The visitors were taken on a tour of the elite training facilities on site, and were introduced to the HKSI¡¦s roles in promoting elite sports development in Hong Kong.
