Hong Kong Management Association visits HKSI

Among the comprehensive elite training support services provided by the HKSI for Hong Kong athletes, sport psychology plays an important role in helping the athletes cope with the pressure that comes with daily training and competitions. Similarly, the ability to manage emotions under pressure can enable executive staff to greatly improve their efficiency at the workplace. To help its members to understand the skills, the Hong Kong Management Association invited HKSI Sport Psychology Officer Dr Henry Li to give a talk at the HKSI on 30 November on how to regulate emotions for better performance at work. The participants also took the opportunity to tour the elite training facilities and venues of the HKSI, and gained a better understanding of the elite sports training and development in Hong Kong.
