Lunch meeting with Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association

A lunch meeting was held between the HKSI and the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association (HKEAA) at the HKSI headquarters on 10 January 2014, during which HKEAA Chairman Ms Malina Ngai JP and Vice-Chairman Ms Amy Chan BEM JP, together with other Executive Committee Members, introduced the HKEAA・s charity work, as well as the athletes・ engagement with the community to HKSI・s senior management and head coaches. A number of athletes also attended the lunch to share how they have enriched their life experience through participation in the HKEAA・s acitivites. |
Angel Wong supports charity cycling marathon

Gymnast Angel Wong Hiu-ying, who has actively supported charity functions, participated in the :Vita Green Cycling for Health Marathon Challenge 2014; on 12 January 2014. She joined hands with local political figures, businessmen and artists in the :Celebrity Group; to promote good health messages and balance life habits. The event raised funds for some charities, including the Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, the Boys・ & Girls・ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, etc. |
