Officer, Board Secretariat and Chief Executive Office (英文版本)

The Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited (“HKSI”) is the Government’s delivery agent to provide the high performance training system for eligible sports. The HKSI’s mission is to provide an environment in which sports talent can be identified, nurtured and developed to pursue excellence in the international sporting arena benchmarked at Major Games results. We are now inviting suitable candidates for the following vacancy:

The Job

Reporting to the Manager, Board Secretariat and Chief Executive Office, the Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board Secretariat and Chief Executive Office;
  • To assist the Chief Executive in schedule management and to handle the necessary transportation arrangements;
  • To handle bookings relating to flight/transfer and accommodation for overseas duty trips of the Chief Executive; and
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

The Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least completed secondary education with a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics plus a Diploma in related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in the secretarial or administration field serving senior executives;
  • Professional quality in handling sensitive documents and keeping all information in strictly confidential;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua; and
  • Excellent computer knowledge with hands-on experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
