The HKSI will host an Open Day on 19 February 2017 (Sunday).  Elite athletes including Olympians Wong Hiu-ying (gymnastics), Kong Man-yi (swimming), Cheng Chun-leung (windsurfing), world champions Cheung King-wa (billiard sports), Wu Siu-hong (tenpin bowling) and Geng Xiaoling (wushu), Hong Kong’s first world top ten squash player Au Wing-chi (squash), Asian Games gold medallist Cheung King-wai (cycling) and Paralympian Ho Yuen-kei (boccia) etc will meet with the public and share their road to excellence.

Participants can also challenge themselves by taking part in fitness tests. Other activities include fun try-outs, exhibition, rugby, badminton, boccia, table tennis and wushu demonstrations as well as guided tour etc. Enroll now to enjoy an energetic afternoon for free at the HKSI.                         1:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Fitness tests, fun try-outs, sports & health talk, sports demonstrations)
Venue:             Hong Kong Sports Institute
                        25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, New Territories (No parking facilities are available for the public on that day)
