Mascot

Hi there, I am Teamie! Inspired by the spirit of “We are Team Hong Kong!”,
my mission is to promote collaboration and unity — within the HKSI and
beyond, connecting the Institute with the public in meaningful ways.

I am action-oriented and thrive on supporting elite athletes throughout their
journey. You’ll often find me training alongside them, cheering through their
toughest sessions and celebrating every milestone along the way.

As the HKSI’s ambassador, I also love sharing the latest updates with the
public. I find it incredibly rewarding to showcase the daily lives of Hong Kong’s
elite athletes in a fun, engaging and relatable way.

Design Philosophy Behind Teamie

The Mysterious Horns The mysterious horns on the head are endless cheering pumps! Whenever Teamie is cheering for athletes, it can pull out a pump from its head at any time.

Blue, Red, White and Triangle Elements - Inspiration from the HKSI Logo Teamie’s colour scheme features the HKSI’s signature blue, red and white — representing hope and peace, health and perseverance, and purity and sincerity, respectively.

Sportswear Design Teamie’s lightweight sports outfit allows it to move freely throughout the HKSI. The "S" at the centre of the jersey embodies the HKSI, reinforcing its identity and connection to the Institute.
