The Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) will host an Open Day on 20 January 2019 (Sunday). Elite athletes will meet with the public and share their road to excellence.

The participants can grasp this opportunity to take a glimpse into elite sports training, and may get inspired by Hong Kong’s elite athletes and coaches through their insightful sharing sessions. Attendees can also experience an exciting afternoon filled with diversified sport activities from Cycling, Dragon Boat, Golf, Rowing, Rugby, Squash, Table Tennis, Tennis, to Tenpin Bowling, and a lot more including interactive game booths by Home Affairs Bureau, Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled. Participants may also challenge themselves and explore if they have the potentials to become an athlete through onsite fitness tests! Can’t-be-missed instant photo booth and guided tours give attending guests a closer look at the facilities where elite athletes train. Enroll now to enjoy an energetic and fun afternoon at the HKSI!

Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space. Since some of the activities will take place at indoor sports facilities, participants should wear clean non-marking rubber-outsole sports shoes.

                      12:00 – 18:00 (Fitness tests; fun tryouts & sports demonstrations; guided tour can be registered onsite)

                       (No parking facilities are available for the public that day)
