At the ASTC Triathlon Asian Championships in Gyeongju, Korea, triathlete Oscar Coggins held off top Asian athletes including 2018 Asian Games gold and silver medallists to win Hong Kong’s first-ever gold medal in the elite men's event. Hong Kong triathlon team captured a total of six medals, with 2 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze, in this three-day competition.
