18th Asian Games - Day 3: In swimming, the women's team won their second medal for Hong Kong in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay. The team of Ho Nam-wai, Cheng Lily-Mei Camille, Tang Tsoi-lam Katii and Sze Hang-yu reached the finish line in the final in a time of 8:07.17 behind China and Japan to secure a bronze medal.
