Jointly presented by the Bayer China and the Hong Kong Sports Institute, "Bayer's Fencing Exchange Workshop featuring Ms Britta Heidemann with Hong Kong Elite Athletes" was held on 13 November (Saturday) at the Hong Kong Sport Institute. Heidemann, Athens 2004 Olympic silver medallist in fencing conducted demonstrations and friendly matches with the Hong Kong elite athletes including Paralympic gold medallist Yu Chui-yee and other young budding talents in front of tens of kids, inspiring all participants.
