侯爍小姐
以實踐形式的工作坊介紹兩種放鬆方法:1)深層呼吸法,以及2)漸進式肌肉放鬆法。參加者能通過引導學習上述兩種方法,體驗深層放鬆。工作坊亦會探討壓力、緊張、失眠如何影響運動員的表現及日常生活。最後亦會建議一些練習放鬆的方法,以及良好睡眠的小貼士。敬請穿著鬆身舒適的衣服。
