2. How can I register for the ASPC XII International Forum on Elite Sport?
We offer online registration for the following three categories. Please scan the QR code or click the link below to register.
- ASPC Board Members
- ASPC Members/ ASPC Supporters
- Public Registration for overseas, local and mainland participants or students
3. Is there a registration fee for the forum?
Yes, the registration fees are all listed on our website. Please see the price table below or click here for detailed information. If you register on or before 23:59 HKT, 31 August 2024 (Saturday), you can enjoy an early bird discount of 20% off the standard price.
4. How can I make payment for my registration?
For registration payment, we accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and JCB. Once you have submitted your registration, please allow 1 - 3 working days for verification. When your registration is verified, a payment link will be sent to you by email to complete the payment.
5. Is one-day registration available?
No, we only offer a three-day registration fee to cover the entire Forum period from 4 – 6 December 2024 (Wednesday to Friday).
6. Is there a deadline for registration?
Yes, the online registration will be closed on 23:59 HKT, 2 December 2024 (Monday).
7. Is group registration available?
No, group registration is not available for this forum. Each attendee must complete his or her own registration and payment individually.
8. What kind of supporting documents do I need to provide for my registration?
- For overseas, mainland and local participants, you may submit the e copy of your name card, staff card, membership card or any identification documents.
- For students, you may submit the e copy of your student card.
- For enquiries about supporting documents, please contact the Secretariat by email at aspc-forum@hksi.org.hk.
9. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, all registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

11. Do I need to obtain a visa for coming to Hong Kong and join the forum? What is an invitation letter, and how can I get one?
Visa requirements for traveling to Hong Kong may vary depending on your nationality. Please check with the relevant authorities or the nearest Hong Kong consulate or embassy to determine if you need to obtain a visa.
An invitation letter is a document that verifies your purpose of travel and may be required as part of the visa application process. To request an invitation letter for the XII ASPC International Forum on Elite Sport, you must first complete the online registration and payment. After completing your registration, you can email the Secretariat at aspc-forum@hksi.org.hk to make your letter request. In your email, please provide your full name, the conference you are registered for, your full mailing address. If required by the passport agency, please also include your passport number and date of birth. Please allow 2 working days for processing your invitation letter request after your email submission.
Please note that the Secretariat's role is limited to providing invitation letters that state your purpose and interest in the event. They cannot assist you in the visa application process beyond issuing the invitation letter. It is your responsibility to complete the visa application and comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities.
12. What is the medium of language for the forum? Is there simultaneous interpretation service available during the forum?
The conference will be conducted in English. Simultaneous translation service is not available.
13. Is parking available?
No visitor parking is available at the HKSI.
