水液補充與運動表現
王香生博士主講
流汗的是體溫調節機制的正常結果。除非有補充,運動是會導致身體缺乏水分的。除了水以外,運動員亦同時失去碳水化合物和電解質,其中以鈉質為最重要。是次講座將會重溫補充水分的研究證據和提出水份補充對運動表現的影響。此外,還會建議最理想的水分補充策略,及這範疇的未來研究方向。
