Hong Kong's skating team clinched 4 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals at the 2024 Asian Open Short Track Speed Skating Trophy held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The men's team secured the championship in the senior & junior A/B men's 5000m relay. Lam Ching-yan also claimed 3 gold medals, winning the junior women A 500m and 1500m events, and took the top spot in the senior & junior A/B mixed 2000m relay with her teammates.
