Registration and Accommodation

1. Registration
Participants can register to the conference either through the online-registration system or postal registration. Registration type and fee are listed as the following table.

Members of specified organisations*

Special rate is available for members of specified organisations.  Please submit supporting documents (e.g. copy of NSA card or HKCC accredited coach card, etc.) with your registration to enjoy the special rate.

Students

HK$180

Special rate is available for students.  Please submit copy of student identification with your registration to enjoy the special rate.
* Specified organisations:
- National Sports Associations (NSAs) in Hong Kong
- Hong Kong Coaching Committee (HKCC) Accredited Coach
- Hong Kong Society of Sport & Exercise Psychology

Points to note:

  1. Conference registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.  Cancellation and refund requests will NOT be accepted.
  2. Special rates are available for members of specified organisations* and students.  Please provide supporting documents, such as photocopy of NSA card, HKCC accredited coach card or student card to enjoy the special rates.
  3. Participant will receive a confirmation letter to attend conference via email by 14 February 2020.
  4. Participants MUST bring the confirmation letter to conference’s registration counter on event day; participants who could not present their confirmation letter may not be allowed to attend the conference.
  5. Receipt for conference registration fee will be provided to participant at conference’s registration counter on the event day.
  6. The personal Information collected is for registration and statistical purposes only.
  7. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to make appropriate adjustment factors and unanticipated situations without prior notice.  In this case, registration fee may be refunded to participants and a processing fee (5% of the paid registration fee) will be deducted from the amount paid.


For postal registration:

  1. Please download the registration form in doc or pdf formats.
  1. Registration fee MUST be paid by CROSSED CHEQUE payable to ‘Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited’ on or before 7 February 2020 (Friday).  Please write down your name on the back of the cheque.
  2. Completed Registration Form together with the CROSSED CHEQUE post to: Sports Information and External Affairs Centre, Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited, 25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, N.T., Hong Kong
  3. Registration form received without payment will NOT be considered and processed.

 

For national sports associations (NSAs)

  1. Up to 2 free registrations are available for each national sports association.
  2. Only online registration will be accepted for free NSAs registrations.
  3. NSAs please email to the Conference Secretariat at rsi@hksi.org.hk for the promotion code for the free registration.
