Application of 'SPORTSCODE' in elite training

The software "SPORTSCODE", a digital video analysis system, was developed in Australia. Its main functions are (1) To allow the bringing together of motion pictures obtained at different times, from different places, from different athletes, providing direct visual feedback for comparison. (2) To facilitate an easy way to perform game analysis and to allow comparison of tactics used by different athletes. This presentation will use examples to illustrate how the system can be used to provide service to elite athletes in Hong Kong.
