Caffeine Update

Caffeine is a substance that enjoys social acceptance and widespread use around the world. After the removal of caffeine from WADA list of prohibited substance in January 2004, it now becomes a popular supplement in competitive sport. Recently, there is sound evidence that caffeine enhances exercise capacity across a variety of situations. This presentation will discuss the latest research on caffeine and exercise performance.
