以实践形式的工作坊介绍两种放松方法:1)深层呼吸法,以及2)渐进式肌肉放松法。参加者能通过引导学习上述两种方法,体验深层放松。工作坊亦会探讨压力、紧张、失眠如何影响运动员的表现及日常生活。最后亦会建议一些练习放松的方法,以及良好睡眠的小贴士。敬请穿著松身舒适的衣服。
