水液补充与运动表现
王香生博士主讲
流汗的是体温调节机制的正常结果。除非有补充,运动是会导致身体缺乏水分的。除了水以外,运动员亦同时失去碳水化合物和电解质,其中以钠质为最重要。是次讲座将会重温补充水分的研究证据和提出水份补充对运动表现的影响。此外,还会建议最理想的水分补充策略,及这范畴的未来研究方向。
