阻力训练与营养
萧明辉博士主讲
骨骼肌的可塑性高更能适应运动训练而作出调节。肌肉的重量和力量会随著恒常的阻力训练而增加。骨骼肌的肌纤维细胞会因反覆的负荷训练而增大。有研究提出营养补充可以协助骨骼肌适应阻力训练和提升骨骼肌增生的效果。是次讲座将就阻力训练的原理、营养素与强化剂对於骨骼肌增生的影响作出讲解。
